What’s New at EGP

EGP has recently perfected another engineered solution combining modern graphics and thermoplastics. We can print (four color process) graphics on a clear substrate such as PETG or Polycarbonate and then thermoform, print side against the tool or mold. The printed graphics then show through the clear substrate. The resulting look is spectacular. This is a fantastic process for a many applications such as Kiosk bodies, POP displays and many others. This process is made possible with a special ink release and precise temperature control of both the printed thermoplastic sheet and the water cooled aluminum tooling or mold.
